Does AI write or change my story?
No. The words stay yours. Real human actors perform most lines of dialogue, AI produces the character visuals and environments around them, and human video editors assemble each episode and choose the music to keep the result true to your story.
How much does it cost?
$75 per 1 to 3 minute episode, starting with a 10 episode package (planning your full series is a one-time cost on our side). Your first episode's storyboard is free, so you can see the style on your own pages before you pay anything, and you can add episodes later at the same rate.
How do I earn?
You publish your eBook in the Ambient Books app and earn 75% of every sale. The cinematic video series runs alongside your book to draw readers in, and our EDR Lab certified eReader protects your book from unauthorized downloads.
Isn't this like the “we’ll make your book a movie” offers?
No. Those charge large upfront fees and then go quiet. With us, you see a free sample scene's storyboard from your own book first, you direct the work, you keep all your rights, and you are backed by a money-back guarantee.

How it works
What happens after the free storyboard?
We analyze your full book to plan a complete series, including cliffhangers, recurring story threads, and satisfying payoffs. You then review the characters, outfits, and storyboards and give feedback with our collaboration tools. Video production only begins once you give the go-ahead.
What comes with a package besides the episodes?
Every package includes a full cinematic book trailer, a stylized poster for your book, and a promotional post on our Ambient Books Instagram and TikTok. Alongside the produced episodes you also get scene-by-scene storyboards, regeneration credits for tweaking characters and shots, and up to one minute of your series to use for promotion on your own social media.
Who actually makes the episodes, AI or people?
Both. Real human actors perform your lines of dialogue, which gives the clips an emotional realism most purely AI-generated video lacks. We then use AI special effects to build the character visuals and environments that match your story, and human editors assemble each episode and choose the music. AI is a production tool here, not the storyteller.
Do I need to write a script?
No. Your book and its scenes are the source. You get full control over the dialogue and shots in the storyboards, but you are not starting from a blank screenplay.
What can I upload?
A manuscript in PDF, ePub, or DOCX. Novels, short stories, and screenplays all work, and a near-complete draft is enough to produce a sample scene.
What genres work best?
Visual, scene-driven stories shine: fantasy, science fiction, thriller, romance, romantasy, and horror. Any story with strong hooks, emotion, and dialogue is a good fit.
Where is my series published, and who can watch it?
Your eBook and its video series are published in the Ambient Books app, where readers come to read and watch. We also encourage you to use one episode to promote your book on your own social media.
